2007 Event
The First Annual Kevin C. Barnhill Memorial Golf Outing was held on Monday June 18th at Bel-wood Country Club in Morrow, Ohio. Over 80 players braved the 95-degree heat of the afternoon, raising nearly $5,000 for the Kevin C. Barnhill Memorial Scholarship and Community Outreach Fund. Congratulations to the foursome of Dan Cleaver, Roger Levo, Danny Lewis, and Chad Blanton who won the golf scramble with a score of 14-under par. The team of Mike Craig, Mark Craig, Matt Gruen, and Dustin Treftz finished in second place with a round of 12-under par.
The Barnhill family would like to thank all the players and volunteers who were in attendance as well as the many families and area businesses that served as hole sponsors for this event. Also, a special thank you to the Cincinnati Reds, who had three teams competing in the scramble as well as mascot Gapper, who entertained and posed for pictures with golfers during their round.
