Recipients of the Kevin C. Barnhill Memorial Scholarship 

2008
This year's recipients of the Kevin C. Barnhill Memorial Scholarship are Matt Beerse and Sarah Wheeler. The winners were announced at the Little Miami High School Senior Awards ceremony on Wednesday May 21st. Matt is currently attending Belmont Abbey College in Charlotte, North Carolina while Sarah is attending Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. Congratulations to Matt and Sarah on their outstanding athletic, academic, and extracurricular accomplishments during their four years at Little Miami.

2007
On May 22, 2007 the Kevin C. Barnhill Memorial Scholarship and Community Outreach Fund awarded $1,000 scholarships to four senior student athletes at Little Miami High School that best personified the athletic, academic, and leadership qualities that Kevin exhibited throughout his high school career. The scholarship recipients for 2007 were Danny Lewis, Macala Maney, Megan Haas, and Gregory Pace. Danny is currently attending Northern Kentucky University while Macala, Megan, and Gregory are pursuing undergraduate degrees at the Ohio State University. The Barnhill family would like to congratulate these four individuals for their outstanding accomplishments at Little Miami and also give a special thank you to all who have donated to the fund in order to make these scholarships possible.
